Since Joining ActionCOACH in 2001, Steven has formed a team of 12 business coaches throughout Australia who are currently coaching over 140 clients. Steven and the BCC team have helped clients to drastically increase their business profits and live a better lifestyle. Steven has personally coached over 50 businesses in various industries including transport companies, locksmiths, kindergartens, retirement villages, motorcycle sales, timber joinery, bakery supplies, golf pro, pest control, carpet cleaning, relationship marketing, boat supplies, office supplies, mining consultants, resort and conference facility, insurance broker, hairdressers, beauty salons, and construction.
Steven is a professional speaker and trainer with a highly effective style. He has presented to audiences around the world, and now regularly works with other Coaches to assist them with his wealth of knowledge in business. He is also one of the few Coaches to conduct the initial training for all new coaches. Steven has also spent time with, and learnt from some of the world's leading minds on business growth and development.
His company runs workshops and conducts one on one mentoring and coaching programs for small to medium sized businesses. His team also helps business owners with Business Plans and Team Training sessions.
Steve has been married to Carolyn for 20 years and has 3 children. Their hobbies include regular holidays overseas and interstate with their family and friends. In their spare time they enjoy golf, tennis and gardening. Their time is shared between their homes in Sydney and the Central Coast, 1 hour north of the city.
